BDR, spol. s r.o., (hereinafter only "BDR") is a Slovak audit and consulting company registered in the Slovak Chamber of Auditors with licence number SKAu No. 6. Its establishment in 1991 is evidence of the fact that we are one of the first audit companies in the Slovak Republic. The company's share capital is €33,196. In addition to Banska Bystrica, the company has offices in Bratislava and Liptovsky Mikulas.

The company's partners are auditors, some of whom also are licensed tax advisors with IFRS certification issued by the Slovak Chamber of Auditors in cooperation with the ACCA and who have certificates for completing two-semester studies accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic at Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica focused on Euro project creators (Tvorca Europrojektov).

BDR has consistently ranked as one of the leading audit companies in the TOP TREND rankings since 1995.

In 2011 the company became an independent member of the international audit and consulting network, Moore Stephens International Limited.
