BDR,spol. s r. o., Banská Bystrica (hereinafter referred to as “BDR“) is a Slovak audit and consulting company incorporated in the Slovak Chamber of Auditors licensed with SKAu #6. It was established in 1991, which proves the fact it is one of the first auditing companies in Slovakia. Registered capital of the Company is SKK 1,000,000. Besides its office in Banská Bystrica it has also offices in Banská Bystrica and Liptovský Mikuláš.

BDR audit conducts its audit in compliance with the International Standards of Auditors (ISA), auditing law, regulations issued by the Slovak Chamber of Auditors and the Auditor’s Code of Ethics.

Partners of the company are auditors; some of them are licensed with a tax advisor, IFRS certificate issued by the Slovak Chamber of Auditors in collaboration with ACCA and certificate of graduate of a two-semester study accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic at the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica – “Euro-project Maker”.

Staff members of BDR are university graduates with a major of economics (accounting, taxes, analyses, banking, securities trading, finance, management, law, international relations and diplomacy, trade, MBA). On the top of permanent staff BDR collaborates with external audit, economic and tax consultants. It proves that BDR is facilitated with competent team of people.

BDR has its subsidiary BDR Consult, spol. s r.o., Banská Bystrica – auditing company.  It was established in 1993 with equity investment of BDR spol. s r.o. It is registered under the state license #23 in the Slovak Chamber of Auditors. In addition to the Office in Banská Bystrica it has its offices in Bratislava and Poprad.
