Company history

BDR, spol. s r.o. was established in 1991 without any foreign capital and was awarded state license number 6 as one of the first audit and consulting companies in the Slovak Republic.

BDR since the very beginning has been among the leading audit companies, as evidenced by its annual position within the TOP TREND evaluation and subsequent rankings of audit companies.

The company was established by five partners in Banska Bystrica and has expanded over the years to include eight partners at present. Thanks to this growth, the company has also opened branches in Bratislava and in Liptovsky Mikulas in order to provide full coverage across the country.

The company in 2011, with its more than 20 years of existence, became an official independent member of Moore Stephens International Limited, one of the largest audit and consulting networks whose members include 314 independent companies with 638 offices and nearly 21,000 employees in 97 countries around the globe.
